ICN Consulting Inc. is a Canadian immigration firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We represent and advise our clients on immigration and refugee matters before Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Canada Border Services Agency, and have standing to appear before the Immigration and Refugee Board.
Who will represent you?
Pursuant to Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, only the following people may charge a fee to represent or advise you on immigration and refugee matters with the Government of Canada:
- Lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society;
- Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec; and
- Immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.
Our clients are represented by Ms. Tatiana Gorenshtein, who is a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, and a Fellow of the Canadian Migration Institute.
As a Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant, Ms. Tatiana Gorenshtein is authorized by the government of Canada to represent or advise you in connection with a Canadian immigration proceeding or application. Ms. Tatiana Gorenshtein has extensive experience in the field of immigration and has the expertise needed to successfully guide your case through the complicated immigration procedure.
