Visit Canada

You will need to meet certain entry requirements before you can visit or transit Canada. Depending on your country of citizenship and how long you plan to stay in Canada, you may need a Temporary Resident Visa before you can visit or transit Canada.

There are three types of Temporary Resident Visas. Single-entry visa allows only one entry to Canada within the validity of the visa, multiple-entry visa allows unlimited entries to Canada within the validity of the visa, and transit visa allows for a short stop in Canada en route to another country.

When you apply for a visitor visa, you will have to satisfy a visa officer that you have a valid purpose for your trip, enough money to pay for the visit, and that your personal situation shows you will return to your home country. You may also be required to undergo a medical examination.

You may not work during your stay if you do not have a Work Permit, or study in Canada for more than six months without a Study Permit.

If you wish to visit Canada for business or for tourism and require our assistance in obtaining a Temporary Resident Visa, please contact us for further information.
